This head was on sale with INTENSE wig stains. How can a wig even stain so much??? The default faceup was beautifully intact tho.
The sealant (painted in 2005) had yellowed a lot and I was super surprised to see how pale the resin was underneath.
Still super stained, though.
At first I tried to hide it
Not very successfully, I might say. (what on earth are those lips)
I'd never been so brave but I bought a nail file with 4 different grits and SANDED the wig stains off.
Yes I wore PPE.
Yes I did wet sanding
Yes, the resin STANK when it was sanded?
I had to do a bit of colour correcting with blushing because the sanded area was a tad lighter
Yes, that's a pimple (yes I removed it after)
